  • Discussion and Vote on the request of MetroPCS for an Insignificant Change to an approved Wireless Communication Facility Special Permit for the property located at 12 POPE ST.

  • Project:        Continued Discussion and Vote on the request for approval of a M.G.L. Chapter 121A      designation and for approval of a 40-year extension from property taxation under Section 10 of Chapter 121A, with the applicant maintaining an option to terminate such exemption after the first fifteen (15) years.
